Amanda Waldron MS, RDN, CSSD, LDN
Amanda is a board-certified sports dietitian with a Master of Science in Nutrition from Boston University. She specializes in performance nutrition, relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S), and eating disorders.
Currently, Amanda is the Sports Dietitian for Harvard University Athletics, providing nutrition support for all 42 varsity teams. Prior to this role, she gained valuable clinical experience at Harvard University Health Services and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She began her career at Boston Children’s Hospital as part of the Leadership Education in Adolescent Health (LEAH) Fellowship program.
A former Division 1 cross country and track runner, Amanda brings firsthand knowledge of the athlete experience to her practice. She remains an active runner, training for various distances and is a Boston Marathon qualifier. She also enjoys trying new restaurants and walking along the beach in South Boston with her husband.
