Amanda Waldron MS, RDN, CSSD, LDN

Amanda completed her Didactic Program in Dietetics and Master of Science Degree in Nutrition at Boston University. She completed her dietetic internship at Boston Medical Center, including an additional training at the South Boston Community Health Center. Amanda began her dietetic career at Boston Children’s Hospital, where she was part of the Leadership Education in Adolescent Health (LEAH) Fellowship within the Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine Department. As a fellow, she spent time doing research as a STRIPED (Strategic Training Initiative for the Prevention of Eating Disorders) trainee under a STRIPED Visiting Scholar via the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

After a year of intensive training and education in eating disorders, disordered eating, and adolescent health, she went on to work at Brigham and Women’s Hospital as a Senior Nutritionist within Nutrition and Wellness Services. Amanda currently works as a Dietitian within Harvard University’s Health Services.  Additionally, Amanda is a NASM certified personal trainer and run coach at Mystryde. At Mystryde, Amanda also works with runners within the Personal Coaching program. As a former Division 1 cross country and track runner for the College of the Holy Cross, Amanda continues to train for and race a variety of distances, and she is a Boston Marathon qualifier.
