Sarah Adler, MS, RD, NASM-CPT

Sarah is a registered dietitian with a passion for helping athletes to fuel properly that began in her time as a multi-sport collegiate athlete, and she hopes to continue to address a need at the intersection of eating disorders and sport—promoting adequate energy intake to promote peak athletic performance, strength gains, and injury prevention.

Sarah completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition and Didactic Program in Clinical Dietetics at Boston University’s Sargent College. She completed her dietetic internship at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center. She broadened her expertise in Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S) with her experience at the Division of Sports Medicine and the Female Athlete Program at Boston Children’s Hospital.

Sarah works for Laura Moretti Nutrition where she helps athletes to optimize performance through fueling and addresses ED/DE in sport. Sarah is also the Olympic Sports Dietitian for Team USA Women's Water Polo, based in Southern California.

As a former Division 1 field hockey, cross country and track athlete at Northeastern University, Sarah continues to train and compete in middle-distance races including the 800m and mile. Additionally, Sarah previously volunteered her time to coach distance and middle-distance athletes with Northeastern’s track program, and is a NASM certified personal trainer.
